José Pedro Regatão is an artist and fine arts teacher at Lisbon School of Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Fine Arts Studies and a Master in Theory of Art from the Fine Arts Lisbon University. He is the author of two books about public sculpture and his research focuses on Public Art.
